I am missing some products from my order, how is this possible?
Because we work with different suppliers, it is possible that products are shipped separately. If items from your order are missing, you will usually receive these after 4-5 days.
When will my order arrive?
Our products are shipped directly to you from the supplier which take 1-3 processing days. This unique business model allows us to save enormously on storage and transport costs and we can offer the products at a lower price than the competitor and take care of the shipping costs. In 99% of the cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location.
Due to COVID-19, shipping may take longer than you are used to. If you haven't received your product yet, don't hesitate to get in touch!
Do I have to pay tax?
Sales Tax is only charged on items shipped to the EU. In countries where Cabana & Straw has an obligation to collect, you'll see sales tax applied to your order, which will be correct for the delivery address that you've selected.
You won't have to pay Sales Tax on Gift Vouchers or Premier Delivery but you may have to pay Sales Tax on any delivery charges you pay.

Can I cancel my order after I paid?
You can email our support team at email@example.com and we will do our best. We cannot guarantee cancelation as orders are immediately passed on to the warehouse. If it has already been processed or shipped we are unable to cancel your order and you will have to return the product. After receiving the product, we will refund your money within 14 days.
I gave the wrong address, what happens now?
If you see you put in the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible! It is possible to change your address as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet. After your order is shipped we cannot change your address anymore. Make sure that you check your address before making your order!
How can I track my order?
Our customer tracking system is experiencing some technical issues. We have currently disabled live tracking. If your order doesn't arrive after the normal delivery time, please get in touch with our customer service through email, Instagram of Facebook as soon as possible. Any carrier related delays are completely out of our control and we are unable to offer refunds for any orders that are delayed due to the carrier.
We hope that you love your purchase from Cabana and Straw. In case, you are not happy with your purchase, we accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase.
Returning is simple and works as follows:
Request a revocation form through our contact form, download, print, and fill in the returns and revocation form.
Send your package back to our address and keep the shipping receipt.
After we receive your package we will inform you, and update you in regards to how we will handle your return.
RETURN & REVOCATION FORM
Once you have filled in the returns and revocation form and added it to your package, send it back to our address.
Email us to request address details: firstname.lastname@example.org. These shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. You must email us the track & trace code and the courier information so we can monitor the return on our end.
Within five working days after we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation of your return by email.
AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE
We will notify you by email within five working days after we receive your return.
After receiving the returned item, we will assess whether it is still in good condition and whether it is complete. If this is the case, we will immediately proceed to the settlement of the return.
If the item has been worn and damaged, we will have to charge you for this. These costs are equal to the selling price of the item you paid, or to the amount of the costs we have to incur for having the item repaired. In that case, we will contact you first before we handle your return.
If the product is defective or damaged, we will assess whether this is covered by warranty or not. If a defect under warranty can be repaired, then there are no costs for you as a customer. If the defect is not covered under warranty, we will contact you about the handling.
Handling your return
From the moment you have indicated that you wish to revoke the purchase, we will refund you the purchase amount as quickly as possible and always within a maximum period of 14 days. We will make the refund via the same payment method with which you paid.
If the products are not in good condition (f.e.: resulting into us not being able to resell them in the Cabana & Straw online shop, we will contact you about the handling. In that case it is possible that costs will be charged, as explained above.

Beyond the return time frame
Different issues can occur during the shipping process. If you received a damaged item, you must report it to us on the same day you received it to receive a free replacement. You should contact us at email@example.com with a photo of the damaged item along with packaging if the box is damaged and its shipping label. We are unable to accept the claim after 7 days from the date of the delivery. The same applies to any issue or missing item from the order.
CANCELING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Since orders are passed on instantly to our suppliers very fast, we cannot guarantee order cancelations or changes after the original order has been placed as the suppliers normally process it quickly. If you do need to cancel or change your order, please e-mail our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org in less than 10 hours and we’ll do our best. Any order placed passed the said time frame cannot be canceled anymore.
